By day, Yee is the Director of Store Planning at Liz Claiborne. As such, she is responsible for the implementation of international shop-in-shops, a job that involves overseas (particularly Asia) client liaison and service, vendor quality control, project management and up-to-date awareness of retail product and sales trends.

But she is just as aware of the current challenges faced by working women throughout Asia and Oceania. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Yee helps the organization understand the needs and concerns of contemporary women in the workplaces of developing countries and economies in transition.
